The license granted under this Section will automatically terminate, if we suspend or terminate your access to the Website.

All questions concerning the construction, validity, enforcement and interpretation of this Terms of Service will be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of MI, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions or principles that would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction, with exclusive venue for any litigation or other dispute resolution proceeding to be held before the courts of MI, USA.
